Momentum Coaching is anchored in Joseph’s experiences and methods as a uniquely successful fitness and wellness coach for almost 20 years. From overworked executives to professional athletes, Joseph’s programs have supported hundreds of clients in achieving their goals—and getting closer to their purpose while doing it.

    Joseph Anew is an international speaker, fitness expert and lifestyle coach. During his eight years as Head of Sport and Training at Spartan Race, Joseph worked full-time with professional endurance athletes and taught seminars all over the world. From there, Joseph went on to found RUNGA, creating the experience he himself needed to recharge and refuel.

    After a traumatic brain injury, Joseph dedicated his life to finding health again, stopping at nothing to regain his potential. Today, this experience shapes him as a coach and educator, and fuels his purpose for bringing together teachers, modalities and therapies for the highest possible impact at RUNGA. Joseph believes that vibrant health is possible for everyone, and he embodies that truth in his own story of overcoming significant adversity.

FAQs

  • Each week’s lesson will have an accompanying webinar that goes live every Sunday. The live Weekly Q&A is on Tuesdays and the Bi-Weekly Workshop is on Thursdays. If you are unable to attend live broadcasts, you can directly submit your questions for the Q&A in advance. The recording for all live events will be available the following morning to stream.

  • Getting the most out of the program will require a baseline of 10 hours a week of your time. This includes four hours a week of active learning and instruction, four hours a week of exercise, and least two hours a week of journaling and introspective exercises. The suggested reading list is optional and can be completed at your leisure.

  • Absolutely! The video content from the course will remain available to you for 3 additional months. While we recommend attending the live sessions whenever you can, if you feel you will benefit from spreading the program materials to suit your schedule, you are more than welcome to do that. However, keep in mind that Q&As will always be specific to the weekly topic and materials.

  • We offer the option of paying in one or two installments. If you choose the payment plan, 50% will be due on registration and the other 50% in 1 month.
